All you have to do is complete the form and they’ll send coupons that you can use against purchases of a variety of Pampers products.

If you’re after money off coupons then usually Couponnet are worth a look. They allow you to click and print off coupons you can use with your shopping. However, the credit crunch looks to have hit them as the number of coupons available is pretty poor at the moment.
