Virgin Active have unleased their latest promotion and it’s called Bash the Sofa! Choose your weapon, be it a hammer, boxing gloves, axe, baseball bat or even a katana (a type of Japanese sword) and do your worst to the lovely red sofa. Get to 100% damage and the sofa will be no more.

The game element is surprisingly good fun (well at least for a few minutes), but freebieworld users might also like to know that they can pick up a free Virgin Active Gym Day pass too. There are over 70 clubs in the UK, but if you live in Wales you’re going to have to stay unfit as there are no Virgin Active clubs in the Principality.
