If you’re thinking about getting fit or keeping fit then you may have heard about David Lloyd Leisure. They have 59 clubs around the UK, including Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. As well as the usual exercise equipment you’d expect, plus swimming pool, David Lloyd offer a number of exercise classes to help you keep fit and be motivated (let’s face it, sitting on an exercise bike isn’t that much fun). From Circuits to Cycling, or Salsa to Spinning you should be able to find a class to suit you. They also have fully qualified Personal Trainers on hand to help you achieve your goals!

If you are serious about joining a gym like David Lloyd then do make sure you go along and check out the facilities. These gyms can be expensive, so make sure you’re getting value for money and are not tied into a long contract. Work out how often you’ll realistically go to the gym, the classes you’d like to take (check if you have to pay extra), if you want use of the swimming facilities etc.
