After yesterday’s offer for free Lebera Mobile sim cards today there’s a new offer for free Vodafone sim cards. By completing your details you can apply for a maximum of two cards, one for you and another for a friend perhaps?

Lebara Mobile are offering free sim cards that are ideal for low cost calls from abroad. if you or someone you know is going on holiday then this may work out to be a cheaper alternative than you using your current mobile phone plan, PAYG sim or using the hotel phone (do people ever use them?).

According to the Lebara website you pay:

Other UK Mobiles:10p
5p per minutes flat rate Monday-Friday for calls to UK landlines
1p per minutes to UK landlines at the weekends
National SMS just 10p
International SMS only 10p

Of course you need to compare this to your current mobile tariffs to determine if it’s a good deal for you. However the sims are free to pick up, but note that this offer is due to expire on the 31st July.

Lebara aren’t the only free sim cards around at the moment you can also grab one from Tesco. The beauty of this free sim card is if you decide to top then Tesco will triple your credit. So £10 top up will get you £20 free from Tesco. This is a better deal than Asda who are offering a free sim card plus £10 of credit for just a fiver!

It’s been a while since we’ve posted anything here at Freebieworld, but the good news is we’re back and raring to go with some free stuff and goodies for you. First up is one of our favourite things – free bingo. You might remember that we’ve told you about Cheeky Bingo and free bingo sites before, but this current offer from Costa Bingo is well worth highlighting.

Not content with offering players free games every day, they’ve now gone and brought in (just for April so far) a £1000 game that’s open to everyone. Last week we told you about a nice offer from Orange where you got £5 free credit with a free sim card, well this week the offer comes from their rivals T-mobile. Once again you can pick up a free sim card, but this time you have the chance to win a Playstation 3 Console. The down side is it’s going to cost you to have a go at winning the PS3.

Everyday until the 24th December 2009 T-mobile are giving away a console to one lucky person who has topped up their brand new sim card the previous day (so if you top up on Tuesday you’ll be in Wednesday’s draw). The minimum top up amount is £5 and you must be over 16 to enter the prize draw.

To activate your sim, just pop it into an unlocked phone and top up £5 or more and then you’re away.
